If you are unable to make your age's scheduled tryout date DO NOT CONTINUE, you will need to complete the MAKE UP TRYOUT registration. Athletes that tryout during one of our make-up tryout sessions will be considered against athletes that attend the regular tryouts scheduled for July 9-12.
Players will be evaluated on their individual skills, effort, communication, and coachability. We understand that you may not show your true A-game at tryouts. Don't stress! We evaluate are more than just the physical skills you bring during your 2 hour tryout.
Tryouts will be recorded to allow coaches the opportunity to rewatch all athletes. Additional testing at tryouts will included jump touch and height.
NEW THIS YEAR:
At the conclusion of all tryouts & coach deliberation, a text will be sent to all athletes that will be receiving an offer to join the Tampa United Family. The text will include the team in which your athlete is being offered and a link to complete the 2025-2026 Season Commitment Registration. The registration will require a $500 deposit that will go towards the season tuition, if accepting the offer. This will need to be completed within a designated time period. The time period will be based on the time of day in which the text was sent. (i.e. If offer was sent at 10:00 am, the athlete will have until 5:00 pm to accept or decline the offer). This helps to speed up the process of completing all offers as to not keep others waiting for an extended period of time. Once all offers have been accepted, we will let everyone know, as to not keep anyone waiting with anticipation.

You will be required to enter your athlete's AAU or USAV Membership Number. This is required for any/all of our camps/clinics/tryouts.
